I hopped up for the bathroom as the credits rolled on Trouble, and I realized I wouldn’t have to worry about missing too much of the Q&A once I saw Ms Huston was also in the bathroom line. A friend was standing next to her, & upon realizing it, they panicked and fled the bathroom altogether. A reasonable response imho.
My #SIFF2017 today: Columbus, The Door, Mr Long. I should probably start thinking about my Fools ballot too.

Extremely grateful for passholder privilege today, as this bus driver obsessively waits extra at every damn stop.

Holy pajamas I loved Columbus. It's currently my 9 on the Fools ballot, & if they'd sold the dvd in the lobby I would own it now. #SIFF2017

Still thinking about Columbus, which also had the most beautiful Manhattan reference I've ever seen. #SIFF2017

Today's #SIFF2017 plan: King's Choice & Escape Room. If you're seeing The Door, be forewarned the subtitles are terrible.

Chang Chen in Mr Long is my ideal man: quiet, takes direction well, terrific cook, hitman. #SIFF2017

Beth: "It's a lesbian film, it's funny, and no one dies in the end!"

Audience: **Cheers like mad**
The Feels, man. I am delighted! #SIFF2017
It's the last day of camp, guys. I am sad, but also I really need a proper night's sleep & clean laundry. #SIFF2017

But first, the final five: the Secret, God's Own Country, Albüm, Ingrid Goes West, & Take Every Wave. #SIFF2017

Also playing today I dug The Net, Handsome Devil, & of course Bad Black. #SIFF2017
— the lady hermit ☂️ (archive) (@letterboxed) June 11, 2017
Handsome Devil is that Dead Poets school jam, but actually gay & a happy ending & a rugby match scored by a Rufus Wainwright tune. #SIFF2017

Eight hours behind on Twitter but I closed out festival at exactly 80 films. Not bad. Fuck it, dude. Let's go bowling.
